I can not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post because all my item is unique and only one of them made. But I will try to resolve the situation if occurs.
In the rare occurrence of duplicate orders between the online store and in the studio shop priority will be given to the customer in studio shop. I will let you know straight away if it happens and alternate arrangement or cancellation will be made.
All the ready made items in my shop are designed handmade by me, unique and original. I do my best to describe them and show you good representative photos.
However, if the item you receive does not match your expectation, please notify me within 14 days of receiving. This includes fabric, thread and other material and tool supplies but dose not include custom order.
I will refund which includes the original postage or exchange with another item within 14 days after I receive the item back.
Please be aware I cannot cover the cost of returning postage.
