Tea cosy

A large tea cosy in red and wine colour with splash of black. Patchwork quilted tea cosy for extra warmth.

The main feature of this teacosy is bold wine coloured fabric. Streaks of metallic black and silver fabric was added as accents.
Quilting is minimum but effective to enhance this main fabric.
Quilted with cotton batting/wadding attached.
The trim/edging and hanging tab is black and white pattern.

This tea cosy is made of two separate layers of quilted material with cotton wadding/batting attached inside.
Outer side is made of patchwork of fabrics and inner side is one piece of fabric in blue grey which you can see on the last photo.
Both layer is quilted individually for insulation.
In fact, if you prefer, you can use inside out!

Made of cotton fabric, cotton wadding/batting and cotton thread.

Size : 13.5″ by 10″ H, 34cm by 30cm H approx..
Big enough to cover a 4-6 cup teapot.

Machine washable in gentle cycle with gentle detergent. Air dry only. May take a while to get dry but do not tumble dry to avoid shrinkage.
