New fabric

I don’t know how the time flew since the last blog post but here it is and this one is about more of new fabrics just arrived my studio/shop.

All are modern style print and to fill up your colour pallet. So have a look!

Totally new to my shop are Modern Classic series from Violet Craft. I don’t know how I didn’t spot her design before but they are pretty! This time I just got two of etched pattern ones but love to have more! This blue is called Paris Blue and it’s nice mid tone clear blue like in the french flag. And this pink is Flamingo which has a bit of orangeness but not quite peach.

Talking about pink, I have got really pink one this time. Not peach, salmon, orchid or hot but just pink! And it has pretty button prints all over.

Staying with warm hue, there are two new brown/rusty red/spice colour added.

One is rusty red, autumnal warm deep red with small leaf print by Elizabeth Hartman. And the other is cinnamon spice orange/red by Dashwood studio. I think both fits nicely in calming Christmas coordination too.

And there is a bit more of Autumnal feeling with leaf or seed head print on mustard yellow from Dashwood. This print has faded look although it looks pretty but takes second position really nicely.

If you are a quilter like me who likes not so girly print, here is the perfect one. Midnight blue with black, Instead series by Carolyn Friedlander.

And this very light grey with little house print is so cute. It can be used for anything more than quilts! This grey is really light and almost white. Those colourful houses are just so adorable, aren’t they?

The last one introducing here is an extra large quilt backing 108″ wide. My fabourite print of lacy flower print by Valori Wells. These flowers are in various shade of grey on white background. If you are not quilter, this can make a nice bed sheet too!
